Same-day priority: +$75. Applies when schedule rearrangement is needed. An ordinary opening today uses normal pricing.
After-hours: +$100. Weekend priority: +$125. Applicable charges are reviewed before approval; service is subject to availability.
Outside the local area: one quoted flat travel fee per visit. Any required lodging is disclosed and approved before scheduling.
Recurring PM: 15% off statewide travel and waived same-day priority when reasonably available.
Parts: sourced and quoted separately. Final repair cost follows technician diagnosis.
Installation & relocation: custom scope, labor, travel, and lodging quote. No prepayment to submit a service request.

Commercial laundry runs in the family. Antonio learned in his father’s laundromats, following a family connection that began with his grandfather, who owned laundromats across the Southwest.
After working for Western State Design in Oregon, Antonio brought that hands-on experience home to New Mexico. Today, Suds and Service offers independent commercial laundry repair with direct access to the person doing the work.

We provide independent service for major commercial laundry brands, including Dexter, Speed Queen, Huebsch, UniMac, Continental Girbau, Milnor, and ADC. Select Chicago Dryer finishing equipment is also supported. Choose Other / not sure if your equipment is not listed, and we’ll review it.
Can I include more than one machine?
Yes. Add each affected machine to one request. One dispatch or quoted travel charge applies per visit, even when several machines need attention. Labor and parts depend on the work required.
Can I request same-day or after-hours service?
Yes. Choose Need service today or Critical outage for a repair request, or select after-hours when choosing a time. Service depends on technician availability. The $75 same-day priority fee applies only when schedule rearrangement is needed; after-hours is +$100 and weekend priority is +$125. Applicable charges are reviewed before confirmation.
Is my preferred time a confirmed appointment?
Your selection is a request for a two-hour arrival window. A technician reviews the equipment, location, and schedule, then contacts you to confirm. You can also choose a callback to arrange a time.
Do you travel outside Albuquerque?
Yes, we serve customers throughout New Mexico. Outside the local service area, a flat travel fee is quoted per visit before confirmation. Any required lodging is disclosed and approved in advance.
What does a local repair visit start at?
The local first-hour minimum is $210: $75 dispatch plus one hour of labor at $135. Additional labor, parts, applicable taxes, and any approved priority charges are extra. No payment is collected when you submit a request.
Do I need a model number to request service?
No. Share the equipment type, brand, symptoms, or photos you have. Model numbers, serial numbers, and photos can be skipped and discussed with your technician later.
Can I schedule preventive maintenance?
Yes. Standard PM is $100 per hour. A full 8-hour PM day is $640 at one location, with local dispatch waived. One-time and recurring visits are available; parts and statewide travel are additional.
